This week I’m at the ODF conference in Ann Arbor, MI where I’m surrounded by professionals who design organizations for a living. It’s awesome being around people who are strategic thinkers and courageous change leaders. Organizations are complex systems of human interactions.
Designing organization structures, processes and systems is hard work. It requires critical thinking, experimentation, and listening. And it requires a change plan to navigate the transition.
