If it’s important, leave nothing to chance

Why did I meet in person with my dear friends and partners in community service?  Because my message will significantly impact all of us and because change is hard. The Kubler-Ross Grief Cycle helps us understand how many of us respond to change:  we experience denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. As a communicator I need to help others move through these emotions especially when I cannot take the chance of my friends getting stuck in anything but acceptance.
