When everything goes our way, we don’t learn anything. This blog is dedicated to my niece who is competing in an event this Memorial Day weekend. She wants to be the best she can be at her sport but she is frustrated because practice did not go as planned. If we don’t feel out of sorts just a little bit, then we are simply reinforcing old behaviors and not creating new patterns.
Whether you are golfing, running, cycling or fishing this weekend, embrace moments of ‘failure’. They are the bridge to a better you. This is the weekend to stretch!
