Hold yourself accountable

you-set-the-tone1I will not ask others to give until I’m willing to give. When I signed up to be the US lead for the Change Management Institute I agreed to a 2-year commitment.

Asking people to volunteer their precious time to join me started with showing up, trusting them with my gifts and deliberately setting an example.

Holding myself accountable sets a tone for acceptable team behaviors. Leaders go first!
