Act 3: Connect

Do you want people to buy into your solutions?

Start with the WIIFM. What’s in it for me? The WIIFM answers, “Why should I give my energy and time to help you achieve your goals?”.

As leaders, we need to paint a picture that includes them in the solution. To bring people on board, our story should take people on a journey. It needs to be believable. You want them to connect so they say, “I can see myself in that picture!”.

Act 3: Connect – Making connections depends on a clear vision and a believable story.
